TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT ENGINEERS (Pre-sales)
Must  provide technical pre-sales support, consultations, presentations with Account Managers in covering customers.
Must  formulate and create service packages, solutions or technical proposals including costing and pricing.
Must attain sales revenue target based on assigned service business segment and quota.

TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT ENGINEER-CCNP/CCAI

Must have at least 3-5 years experience in networking and security areas.
Must have at least passed the ICND exam with score of 15% higher than the passing grade.
Must have a minimum CCNA exam score of 902
Must be a Cisco Certified Network Professional
Must have a deep understanding of networking and internet connectivity.
Must have experience in Cisco enterprise product line including protocols: spanning tree, HSRP, RIP, OSPF, BGP, IGRP and EIGRP. Hardware: Switches 7600, 6500, 4500 & routers 3600, 7200, 7300, C10k and GSRs.

SIEBEL ANALYST (CRM CoE Business Integrator)

Must have minimum 3 years regional support experience at multinational environment.
Must have a strong support background and  knowledge  in Siebel ePharma 7.8
Must have provided Siebel Application support to end users.
Must have knowledge of SFA business processes
Must have good understanding of Siebel functionality such as: siebel organization structure, call planning and management, calendar, activity reporting, targeting processes, territory alignment processes, accounts, contacts etc.
Must have Tier2 experience at regional level.
Must have support the Siebel application and processes, working collaboratively with partner organization in supporting users through problem resolution and change management

TECHNICAL SUPPORT for IT OPERATIONS

Must have strong working technical knowledge on Remedy.
Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills with extensive experience gathering and presenting useful KPIs to different audience.
Must have Data Center experience on disaster recovery activities, tape management, data center facilities management, data center asset management - purchase, repair and data center audit experience.
Quality champion for project and ensure project team customer policies and procedures
Must have strong ITIL process skill sets to facilitate improvements and tracking using key performance targets.

MICROSOFT SHAREPOINT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Must have at least 2 years regional support experience at multinational environment.
Must have a strong exposure to support MOSS 2007, Office 2003 & 2007 with particular focus on InfoPath forms customization, SharePoint Designer, .Net, SQL Server, and Windows 2003 server.
Must have strong knowledge of SharePoint site administration and customization-creating document libraries, advanced lists, site security, workflows, meeting management etc.
Must have strong understanding of Excel Web Services, InfoPath Forms Server, Web Part functionality and KPI’s.

VMWARE, SAN and NAS STORAGE TIER 2 SUPPORT ENGINEER

Must have at least 3 years regional support experience at multinational environment.
Must have perform storage administrative tasks such as: allocation LUN from array to host; reclaim LUN after host retirement; and storage performance tuning and diagnosis with vendor (EMC).
Must have perform SAN switch administrative tasks such as: zoning update; FC physical connection update; FC cable labeling and zoning and FC connection diagram.
Must have work with vendors in all Storage, NAS and SAN setup and configuration and assist in disaster recovery of SAN/NAS environment.
Must have knowledge in ESX server administration/setup.
Must have manage VMWare Virtual Centre server and operational tasks.

PROJECT MANAGERS
Must have at least 3 years working experience handling IT Infrastrusture projects  across varied industries such as banking, telco etc.
Must have IT project management experience.
Must be ITIL certified.
