It’s been quite sometime since I last posted here.. well busy… haha nah… since my work schedule now requires me to work on night shift ( no I’m not working in a call center, I’m really defensive lol!), I really find it hard to find time blogging…I spend most of my day time, sleeping! Though, more time for me to browse several sites, mostly women forums lol! Well, enough of my excuses, being on night shift introduces me to a new type of shopping experience. Yes online shopping has been existing so long time ago, but believe me, I haven’t tried doing such until just this second week of September! Reading femaleNetwork (http://www.femalenetwork.com) threads really got into me, that I am living a different lifestyle now (well I think haha). Instead of the traditional Make Up (Tramu), I am now into Mineral Make Up (MMU). Of course I won’t be discussing the difference here (watch out for my new beauty blog beautybasics.info, lol!). On to the main topic of this post hahaha… Pure MMU products are not really available in our local stores (drugstores, malls etc.). Most of these products are catered by small (or big) companies outside the Philippines. Notice how I highlighted the word pure and the mention of small companies… so basically I am not referring to mainstream brands. Ok.. OK… here’s my list of recommended Online shopping sites… I bought my first MMU at Blusche PH Store (http://www.blusche.com/PHStore/). Blusche is a canadian company, but the owner, Monica is a Pinay (i think, cause she fluently speaks in tagalog lol!)
I can say that this is my first ever online transaction, I am really skeptical at first, but I push through anyway. Blusche is offering several payment options for pinay buyers, which include payment thru GCash, Bank Deposit, Smart Money, Paypal and Credit Card. My first transaction I paid thru Paypal, the second thru GCash. My first order was paid Saturday Sept. 13, my orders were sent via XEND Express, and arrived at my home address Tuesday morning, Sept. 16. I was really excited. I guess the products were shipped by Monica’s relatives here, thus the fast delivery. I ordered again from their store just this week. I’m expecting my orders to arrive tomorrow Yey!. So if you are trying out Mineral Make Up, you can visit their PH Store. For orders from other countries, you may want to visit their online store at http://www.blusche.com/store/ Orders were usually shipped every Monday and Thursday, I usually received my orders the next day. Aside from mineral makeup, I am now into Natural and Organic products, I then discovered Ilog Maria HoneyBee Farms (http://www.ilogmaria.com/). Ilog Maria is based in Silang Cavite, with products ranges from Aromatherapy Oils, Natural bath Soaps, BeesWax Products, Lip Balm, Honey to Spa products (and a lot more, really too many to mention).
These products got a lot of good reviews from other girltalkers, so I can’t help but to try their products. Options includes payment thru Bank Deposit, GCash and SmartMoney. I paid thru GCash Sunday, Sept 14. My orders were delivered thru Air21 and arrived on Sept. 17 afternoon. I love their lip balm and feminine wash lol! I’m currently using Cyleina Organic Soaps. Though these products are available at selected Hortaleza branches, it is much convenient for me to just order online than to visit one of these stores, so I texted Miss Leigh, owner of Cyleina Enterprises (http://cyleina.multiply.com). At that time the some of my orders were out of stock so she recommended me to Ms. Hanna (http://storeeland.multiply.com), one of the resellers for Cyleina products.
I paid thru GCash on Thursday, if I’m not mistaken, I then received my orders Saturday of same week. Payment options will update later I definitely need some organic products for my face so I researched and discovered Skin Hour (http://skinhour.multiply.com). Ms. Char, the owner, is really friendly, and patiently answered all my queries. I paid thru GCash Saturday, and my orders arrived Monday afternoon the following week. <screenshot to be posted later Skin Hour products can also be bought at DreamCollection (http://dreamcollection.multiply.com). If I am not mistaken, both sites are run by the same person, so you are basically transacting to the same person. Aside from Skin Hour products, dream collection also sells mineral make ups, Make Up bags,Make Up brushes and a lot more. They usually ship everyday I think, except Sundays. You will usually received your order the next day. Payment options are GCash and Bank Deposit. Some of my make up brushes I bought from Ms. Nica of Beauty Bazaar (http://beautybazaar.multiply.com). She sells brushes from EveryDay Minerals, Charm and Suesh (and some other brands). She also sells mineral make ups and other stuff. Payment options are Bank Deposit and GCash. Ms. Nica is really friendly. She Patiently and promptly answered my questions. I think she ships orders everyday, depends on product availability. The items where shipped via Air21, which takes about 2 days to receive. You can also request for a product reservation which you need to pay at a certain time limit. I also bought some mineral make up from another mineral make up company, Ellana Minerals (http://www.ellanaminerals.com) and (http://www.icon-beautybox.com/index.html). Ms. Connie, the owner, also promptly answered all my queries. Ellana Minerals, I think is a local company, unlike other brands, which were ordered by local resellers from other countries.
Payment options includes bank deposit, GCash and Paypal. I think they ship orders everyday except Sundays. Orders usually received the next day. (more details later) This is such a long post lol! and I am kinda tired, so I’ll get back later More to come… Pictures are captured from each respective sites If you find this article informative, Bookmark this pageRelated Post(s):
