It is good that this is being implemented to us Filipinos.. So everybody now as long as they have bank acocounts could join PayPal

I can’t really withdraw it they are really asking me to get a debit card. what are the debit card to get? I have a BPI express card……

Aside from my BPI account, I am also using UNIONBANK’s EON Cyber Account debit card.
